Oedit for Windows 7

hey guys i've read that Oedit-0.1.19-patch works with windows 7 but i cant find it anywhere so i wonder if any of you have it and could put a link here i really apreciate it

my procesor doesnt support it

this is the original o edit. there is nothing wrong.

It's not working for me (XP Pro SP3 OS), too.

works for me, but options are limited compared to newer non functioning versions for vista & 7.

Ok, tnx mates for this version of OEdit. Now I can open it but I have other problem.
When I conver .bin file with PES4 POC Converter to OEdit and load face texture I don't have 3D preview (like I had on Windows XP) and I can't move any of dots If I can't move anthing and if I not have preview -> I can't make face

I know this is FIFA forum but if you could help me... I can't find solution anywhere else :?
