The official reason is to make it playable on as many machines as possible. (same excuse every year)

The actual reason is money, obviously.

Seems like they implemented the 360° movements too, even though the guy sucks and/or play with directional keys.

Do you know if kits format will be the same as 2009 version ?

Be A Pro: Club and Country

· Compete in league, cup and continental competitions
For the first time in BAP, you will be able to compete over 4 full season’s competition in league, cup and continental competitions.

· Make the 2010 World Cup™ Squad
As soon as you kick-off in Be A Pro: Club and Country, your performances for your club will be influencing your chances of being called up to the national team and make the squad to travel to South Africa and play at a simulated in-game World Cup Competition, to truly test your skills. Beware, other players who share your nationality will be looking to take your place in the national team as the mode unfolds.

· Be A Pro Action Icons
The in-game experience of Be A Pro: Club and Country has had many major improvements. The Be A Pro Action Icons will provide you with a dynamic feedback system on the actions you make in-game, and help you improve your game.

· New Performance Rating System
The New Performance Rating system provides the most accurate rating system seen in Be A Pro yet. Make a bad pass and get punished for it.

Season Mode
Based on feedback from our fans, Season Mode is also a new feature this year. Similar to Manager Mode, but without some of the complexities such as player transfers and salaries, Season Mode provides a more accessible option of guiding your favourite team to glory. Take your club through the most in-depth Season Mode to date and compete in official league fixtures, cup and continental competitions. Manager Mode still exists for those who want a more in depth simulation of managing your team day to day.

By making it playable on as many PCs as possible, you earn more money (hypothetically).
As for me (owner of a crappy PC), I am happy with this. For those who want a better experience, go play PES (I never played more than 1 match on PES, cause of the irritating lack of licences and the resources needed.).

No, they did not... They are the same template: they have been only moved and rotated

In this picture you can also see the new function that allows you to know the results of other matches of the competition while playing. In the top right corner you can see the change of result of Deportivo - Sevilla!

whats w/ the radar ? dont like it too much.

I really hope they don't gyp PC users again . . . if anything, the PC version should be the BEST!

they most likely will, we are getting 1/5th of the new improvements of next gen
fifa 2010.

That is such rubbish! What is more next-gen than a PC? The graphics and processing power of higher-end PC's just blow the 360 and PS3 out of the water. And it's easier to program for the comp!

I think this whole thing boils down to "hardcore" vs. "casual" gamers. EA definitely rakes is more money from the second group, and unfortunately most hardcore gamers are PC users, so we get neglected. I guess the whole PC games are more widely pirated adds to the problem, but god damn it, if I'm paying $55 for a game I expect it to be of a certain quality!
