Wenger is still considering the possibliity of Patrick Viera.

Man United 5-0 Wigan
Arsenal 4-1 Portsmouth

Next match: Arsenal at Manchester United

It would be a fantastic match, the first encounters of Big4 this season. The last time they came to Old Trafford, United celebrated their 18 title.

Ahh, Arsenal is playing a piece of art, actually results to goal and win. Already deserved half goals of Derby in 07'/08 season. Or for records, 8 players goal - defender to forward which involves everyone attack and various ways of goal (3 from set piece, 2 from kind of counter attack, 5 from a shoot far away or passing play) and Persie's 3 assists.

Vermaelen is just **** awesome and surprised at Wenger's nice decision of selling two guys. Now time to face Man Utd as both smashed opponents.

Well, didn't usually Arsenal rise after the half of season or keep the form constantly? (Except 07/08 season)

Not really, otherwise they would have a trophy. Last one was in...2005.

Chelski has looked like **** this year. Let me know when you stop playing the little sisters of the poor. PSSST... You might want to add some Youth and not Pirlo.

Well, we are 3 out of 3. We DOMINATED against Sunderland, and made Roy Hodgsons' side look foolish.

Now last year, I have to agree with you. Luis Felipe Scolari wasn't the ideal choice compared to Guus Hiddink. But Hiddink himself humiliated Arsenal 4-1, you must remember that match. We made Toure look like a joke of a defender.

And youth? I admit that Wilshire is better than Kakuta but we added some quality players such as Sturridge (19), Zhirkov (26), Matic (21) and not so quality signing in Turnbull (24). But guess what, your best player arguably last season was a 27-year-old Russian who came in the middle of the season and has some interesting views about women drivers.

Just wait 'till we meet at the Bridge and at the Emirates and see who wins.

Go win a trophy...or something.

I'm yet to watch an Arsenal match this season, who has taken over the holding midfielder position? Diaby? Sagna? He must be doing a great job if he's allowing the rest of the players the freedom to move around and play the footie that is having pundits praising y'all so much. About time Vieira got replaced by someone decent.

In the match against Everton, it was Song and Denilson, against Portsmouth too, with Diaby... I didn't watch the games agains Celtic.

Cesc obviously plays a part as well... But what has surprised me was the ease with witch Vermaelen got right into the team...

From one angle, it was a dive, from another, it looked liked he caught his leg. Either way, it was not a penalty. I doubt Eduardo would have complained if it would not have been given.

But I love how everyone starts calling for bans etc. Why did no one ever start this kind of bull**** for the whole controversy last season between Arsenal and Liverpool - how Liverpool got their penalties and how we had a clear penalty rejected. We could have easily started complaining to UEFA, but did we, no. This just shows what kind of sore losers Celtic were in this case.

**** like that happens, grow up and just live with it. It's football.

What about Ronaldo, did any associations start calling for him to be banned? What about Gilardino (and all Italian players to be precise)?

I wouldn't say a word about this situation if he touched Eduardo. It's not even about given penalty, it's only about fairness. I believe the whole world felt sorry for Eduardo when the Birmingham mother****er broke his leg. He gained lots of fans with that incident, but now I think he lost some part of them through yesterday's dive of the season. Mirosław Klose is a bitch but has balls to tell the referee that there was no penalty.

I've got a lot of respect for Klose for that incident. You can call him stupid for it, but it's a shame there aren't more people like him in the sport.

It's a part of the game and takes skill to con the ref, they can't ban Eduardo that would be totally unfair, they'd need to change the rules before the next incident occurs if they are going to start banning players and consistency is the main issue.

Back onto Arsenal players Vermaelen is a monster, he and gallas looks so solid at the back and Song has been so impressive, he's really come leaps and bounds since he started. i always thought he was an average utility player who would never make the grade. certainly showed me....
