I suspect a lot of what he says comes from old Septic Bladder in anycase - Platini has his eye on the FIFA job in future so he's cosying up to him.

I used to hate David Beckham after he left United, I blamed him for chosing celebrity over the club - but over the years I have realised Sir Alex engineered his departure - Beckham has always struck me as being an honest and professional player and I find some of the high regard I had for him has returned.

I enjoy watching Man United play and they do have some great players, but I cannot stand Nani!. This guy has always got on my nerves. His greed on the ball is the main reason, for example Rooney would make a great run on which would put him through one on one, but Nani would completely ignore him and run on and try and shoot from 30 yards!, which of course goes flying over the bar.

Ronaldo was once like Nani, but the difference is, he learnt very quickly and became the best player in the world. Nani is what 23? and he has not moved on. I hate his arrogance on the pitch and the way he looks. Sir Alex please sell him!.
