Zidane doesn't headbutt Materazzi after an insult nobody else heard, and said all the time when playing with scum.

It was the worst possible ending for one of the greatest players' career... and it also possibly cost his country a historic WORLD CUP win.

I think someone else might have mentioned this, Nedved's yellow card in Juventus' second leg 3-1 victory over los galacticos in 2003 that caused him to miss the CL final. Dammit, we missed Nedved badly in that final, probably would have won if he'd have been there.

You could say the same about Ballack....also in the semi final....in 2002.

lucas neil just made an amateurs tackle and timed it horribly
