change league transfer policy

guys, need ur help...is there any way in this game that i can change the transfer policy for a league

i av a problem with malaysian league (i know that league sucks with almost all of the players with grey stats) but i want to change the transfer policy where teams now can buy foreig players (current rule in this league is no foreign players)

Impossible.

Only way is to switch leagues with another country with the kind of policy you're looking for.

how daft is that rule for the A-League... i mean it doesnt happen in real life... and the 35k a week wage limit is a joke... lol end rant
