CBC, Sportsnet and The Score all have HD channels with Rogers, so whenever they started broadcasting games, we'll have TFC in HD. As of right now, Gol TV doesn't though.

They are for real. Handled the conditions a LOT better than we did. Our attack was non-existent, not the best homecoming for DeRo. And this Vitti guy looks horrible so far.

After the first 3 games, he has been simply awful.

We got schooled.

Vitti looked good to me today. Lots of chances and dangerous play. He'll get there. Barrett needs some work, he's been invisible.

Hey guys...have a quick question.

I am looking to get Setanta Sports and was wondering how good is it coverage wise for English,Italian, Spanish leagues and Champions League.Anything else will be a nice bonus. I had a preview of it but could not watch it for more than a few days as I didn't realise it was there and I came to know about it too late

I don't watch much tv but would love to pay for some good footie coverage. I know Sportsnet,TSN,Score have coverage but its weird. There is one match on Sunday at 11 and any other game on Saturday randomly else its ***ing curling/poker.

Setanta shows English and French footy. I'm not sure about CL as I'm usually at work for the mid-week matches.

GolTV has Spanish and German as well as South American and TFC games.

Yup, Setanta shows CL games from what I know.

NO!!! There is a definite structure to what games those 3 channels show:

TSN, and TSN2, show Champions League games on Tues and Wed. Replays are shown at midnight EST on TSN. Not sure about when or if TSN2 shows replays.

Sportsnet shows one EPL game on Sat. morning at 10:00 a.m. Sportsnet shows the "Setanta Sports Game of the Day" on Sat evenings at 7:00 p.m.

The Score shows one of the two EPL games on Sundays, at 11:00 a.m..

As for your Setanta Sports, they show EPL, CL and French Ligue 1 games, as well as some Scottish League games and some Coca-Cola Championship games. They do not show any Italian or Spanish League games. FSW Canada shows the Italian League, GOL TV shows the Spanish and German Leagues and some other channel(I don't know the name) shows Portuguese League games.

im pissed their is no CL games in HD i ahve aHD reciever and still stuck watchning footy in SD so annoying.

only time i get to see a match in HD is on Score HD sundays sometimes shows HD matches live other than that nothing.

Most popular sport in world by far and not even in HD yet.

@newbie: I was referring to the randomness of their choice of matches that they show, not the time at which it is broadcast. Its a good coverage in the sense that they don't care much about football and we should be happy they show these few games.

I think that's quite enough of Chad Barrett to be honest... I mean sure, he tries hard, but come on. That header in front of a wide open net while under no pressure whatsoever that went 5 feet wide pretty much cost us the extra 2 points today.

That game felt like a punch in the balls today.

I kept saying to my buddy when we missed all those chances that it would bite us in the a$$

It did.

My only consolation is that it wasn't Cunny who scored.

Dallas did next to nothing yet wound up with a point! Missed chances, like you said, were the reason...
