I am almost working with this patch over a month with more than 100 games, no problem so far.

Outsider I have a question. When a player of my team misses a great oppurtunity then there is a short scene that shows that player who missed the shoot. But when CPU player miss some great oppurtunities, there is nothing except argument between keeper and some random player. So can you add that short scene for CPU players as well or not?:blush:

I don't know: I have to check it out because sometimes there are cinematics that are made only for user team...

by the way, I noticed one strange EA error, when there is a rain and there is big view of stadium from top, rain only exists at the top of field, not the whole stadium. and also there is no rain in short scenes of the match including referee before the kickoff, players who miss targets. Is there any way to fix those?

by the way, what happened to that 10 player problem? did u solve it?

Wonderful work mate! I am really enjoying this patch! I just had an idea which if works, would make the game very realistic...

Is it possible to have a rivalry popup for every team that you play against in the league? For example in the premier league, before every match there is a screen which shows matches played, wins losses and draws for every team that you play against.

Is this possible, then the database editing shouldnt be too hard. All that is needed is to make new lines in the database, right? Or is there much more to it?

Thanks mate for compliments! You just have to edit "historicalrivalries" tab (open with Db Master 09) in the db ;)

Hi Outsider87. Sorry for posting a query in this thread after such a long time but I would like to ask you if its possible to make in a small change in the popups.

For my teams short names I have made them ESPN type short. For eg: MANU & ASNL. In the Intro popup and a few others it shows as MANU vs ASNL.

Could it possible it be possible to take the name instead of the short name in these cases so that it shows as Manchester Utd. vs Arsenal.

Just wanted to know(Y)

I think it's not possible. However, if it is possible, it's not by cinematics. You have to ask MonkeyDragon about this possibility: he surely knows more than me about popups files ;)

No. I sincerely don't know any patch that could going into conflict with this one except another cinematics patch of course :D

I found irrealistic that the game show the result of the match in a popup only at the end of the half or of the game. So I inserted the result popup at least in another situation that is in throws in cinematics. The only problem of this technique is that it is shown very well with MD and our popups, not with original FIFA 09 popup because it tends to cover a lot of the screen area :(
