New challenge?

Madrid and Barca have unsettled Carvalho in my game, and he wants a new challenge. I've bought Radoi to cover for a possible departure, but I'm refusing to sell unless they hand over Pepe/Martin Caceres in exchange. So far Ricci has been good, so no complaints, but I'm wondering how long this will last.

Is there any way to offer him a new challenge at the team? I can't really afford to sell him.

When they enquire about the player you can put the price up really high like 100 mil and the clubs willl stop their intrest in the player and you will not get blamed for it by the player.

Make him happy, ask him a possible signing and sign that player, than you will be in his favorite personnel

That's all i ever do, and if they some how offer £100,000,000 i'd rather sell him

That's not true - if they make an enquiry you are forced to respond, and if you price them out of it then the player gets unhappy because you "wouldn't allow talks with the club."

Not true , you don't have to respond to enquiries. I never respond to enquiries anymore if it's a player I don't want to sell or if I don't want to risk a negative reaction from a player. Same with responding to interest for a player from another manager. I always used to answer with 'hands off warnings' but now, I just ignore it. The only thing you can't ignore is an actual offer from another team, and that's only if it doesn't have a deadline. Offers without deadlines you can just ignore, too, but most offers have deadlines for that reason.

I'm in my third season at Rangers and Milan have offered me Radoi for 1.9m... times are tight right now so I've only really got cash for one signing, is he worth it? He's 29 and my side are all in their early 20's so I'm thinking he might bring a bit of steel to the defence, but it's between him and a French CB called Guilliame Borne, who's only 22... a bit more expensive but his best years are ahead of him. What do you reckon?
