Solved for the release. It depends from the specific tga "data-format" used that is different from the one used by EA.

Any tips to resolve my problem: the game freeze at:"completing transfers 82%" screen?? This is when i see that the filtering by youth players don't work.

I had a similar problem in fifa07 and it was caused by duplicated players.(1 player in 2 different teams).
This happened to me when installing some cmp patches in fifa07 when i imported players that were already in the game.

Yes, i can export them with File Master, but without hair:( Export via CM09 wil be with hair and can get templates for all unmaded faces, also can delete face-previews. It's just proposal and may be you right, new version of Face Design Master is better idea (Y)

Nope, is not the cause. I get "completing transfers 80%" freeze again.

i dont know if this is a bug or something.
In fifa 08 i import 16 leagues and never got a problem.
in this fifa i have only 6 and in transfers simulation the game is paused. i know that this happens for the big number of players but in fifa 08 never happens this to me.
another thing is in a tournament league with 26 teams the game crash, in fifa 08 a league with 32 teams works fine

some solution or commentary?

What do you mean "transfer simulation". Like me? "completing transfers 76%" and freeze?

Because I was unable to solve the problem. For allmost two hours I try to verify...and...reverify...and nothing. I imported 3 leagues from 08 cmp patches, the game works fine, I rearanged the tournaments, but in manager mode i get that....freeze.

I try many things. I discover from some reason I have over 14.900 free agent players. I delete most of them in dbm09. Still same problem. I was "cleaning" every team with more then 30 players. I check and recheck and nothing.

Some sugestions?

Upgrade: I've deleted an entire league with the linked players and this time allmost finish the season. Until now I got stuck in the winter transfers, now is hapened in the ending-season transfer period. Is time to delete another league! Looks like we have to be very carefull with the number of players present in the game! Maybe we find a solution. (expand data base, and clean fat and other function of the CM09 won't help that much). Until now, I played without problems with 2 new leagues, with 6 new ones won't work.

1. I noticed a weird problem in FIFA09. I go to edit player features and all players from the Malaysia TM Liga Super that I created were totally bold. All of them. Is it CM09 related problem or FIFA09, I don't know. I did check again with CM09 and I can be sure 99% players are having hairs. And so as during gameplay.

2. Also some team from Rest of the World like Phinatikos and other Greece team, for unknown reason were changed to country Malaysia. I simply change them again, but to Greece. I cannot use No Country. The problem is, I don't think I have ever touch that teams.

3. This is an Ignored problem by me but since I didn't read any report about it so here it goes. In player editing features. If I try using BOLD model, and error messsage will occur, stating Warning : 1028. File not present in any zdata archive, hair_cm_-0_1.tga. usually I just ignore it, click OK. I just want to ask, is bold model really have the TGA file?

I remember just now, there is one occasion that when I played my patch, I have NO HEAD player. I can still play the game but when I run Instant Replay, I can view the replay until when I switch to NO HEAD player, then my FIFA09 crash and the PC crash too. Maybe it has to do with problem no.3. I don't know, but I take the precaution by having everyone in the patch atleast have model no.1

Any solution will be appreciated.

I never use FIFA08 (never like'it) but now i use some of the cmp files from 08.
1.The problem is with the "near" face of the player, probably the 08 use parameters incompatible with 09. (like shoes, for example). In game the players look normal. This is something to modify after importing a 08 cmp file.
2.I have the similar experience, even with the tournament names or teams country. I don't know why.
3.Same here. I don't know why.

NO HEAD PLAYER.The problem is you imported a player with a fifa08 specific head, not good for 09. Rinaldo excluded that risk in beta 4: when you import a cmp.patch and one of the players have a specific head, you receive a message about this and the head won't be imported.

About bold model it simply has no tga files because it has no hair of course. So the message is absolutely normal and can be ignored ;)

yah original works but quality is just as bad (always was like that b4 i tried new template) for some reason it only me why it not working.

the new template is supposed to improve the quality drasticly of imported png fonts. and has very little pixelation but for me the new template doesn't change anything at all. i seem to be the only one (that i know of) thats having a problem with new template.
