Backup all your FIFA 09\data folder. It will take a while but it is safe.

after you edit something (say the ai.ini in config.dat), do you need to do anything with FM09 to get the changes to be applied?

to get the changes applied you must export the ai.ini (for example) make the changes, save it and import it back.

Is it possible with this (or some other tool) to check which teams have custom sounds? Like when comentary says "valencia got in front, real madrid is trailing". And when playing with less known teams commentary is just "THEY need to... THEY scored..." and so on

Basically how to check which teams are spelled by the comentators?

Hi Rinaldo..I have a problem, please can you help me? I've installed CM09 beta 1 and I changed many things in FIFA09. Now I want default settings of FIFA09, cause I don't like changes I made in CM09. Please how can I get default settings? I' ve tried every register cleaner and every uninstaller and nothing helped. PLEASE HELP MEEE!

You can remove file zdata__49.big and remove folders below gui, then regenerate. This will restore original graphics. All the changes about database instead cannot be restored but you may copy a fresh fifa.db and lng.db from your CD.

FIFA09\data\cmn\fifa.db
FIFA09\data\cmn\fe\lng.db

Please note that you will not find the lng.db, you will find a db called with the language you use in the game so for example: eng.db, fre.db, ita.db, spa.db, etc

And the last thing, who knows where is database with team names??

the database is fifa.db

Yes I recopied fifa.db file and also lng.db file, but that hasn't any impact to the team names...can somebody help?

Team names are in your lng.db!

I installed the Net mod, but the game crashes on the loading screen right before a match EVERY TIME. I need to generate my FAT or whatvever in order to even be able to play my game

I asked for this before: I've created two leagues and a national cup. I win the national cup and in the next season my team have in "calendar" a EFA sheduled game, but when i reach to that day the shedule is vanished. I attached in database.zip file my fifa.db, eng.db and my manager file from my documents.
Any help will be appreciated.

Outsider87: Yes I recopied the lng.db file but that action hasn't any impact! It's imposible to restore team names??

Hi Rinaldo!
I ask you help.I would like to test it the file master 08,you are 09 et ps2 to a variant to be useful,but the file master not run. Net framework 2.0 are installed.No error message, does not start simply.
What may be his reason?A db master works though.
