Guillermo Del Toro's Hellboy 2 - Attack of the Golden Army

Guillermo Del Toro's Pan's Labrynth + guns. I liked Hellboy and Abraham Sapien singing Barry Manilow's "Can't Smile Without You", though...

yeah, Hellboy 2 is a surprisingly decent film!

Dude I just watched it too! The creatures in that movie were ******* weird as hell and absolutely fantastic. Whoever designed them is a ******* genius. A decent movie overall but some of the storyline didn't make any sense. Also, when hellboy had that spear in his chest that witch or whatever who took it out said if he is saved than one day he will destroy the world. So I guess he will be villain if they make another one.

Cleaner - Okay movie, nothing special about it. But it was watchable. Samuel L. Carlos*son was too mellow in this movie; he rarely even raised his voice or said anything funny, or quote worthy. Disappointing.

Year of the Dog - Pretty corny, and chick flick-esque. But I guess a generously positive thing to say about it was that I actually sat through the whole movie. So it couldn't have been THAT bad.

21 - Pretty entertaining. It seems pretty far fetched... I haven't checked whether it was based on a true story or not. But it turned out to be a pretty entertaining movie despite the slow start.

As you all can see, I pretty much just watched movies this weekend. Fun, fun.

Year of the Dog was not a flick-chick IMO, you say -esque, I give you that. it was very depressing though. too depressing even.

watched Hellboy 2: The Golden Army last night. loved it, but which it were even bigger than it was, like really go huge with the golden army. Perlman was genius anyway, and Doug Jones's Abe Sapian (Y)(Y)(Y)

also watched Baby Mama with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. very funny (Y)

What an awesome film. Makes me wonder why I've never picked up a Hunter Freeman novel.

Forgot to post here before, I saw the Dark Knight.

Totally lived up to all the hype. I was afraid that I would be disappointed, as I had such high expectations, but it was all I expected - and more. Ledger's performance was extraordinary, very frightening. Such a great job at playing that sick psychopath. Really no bad word of the whole movie.

GOAL! 1 and 2

hahahahahaha What. The. FUCK!

who the **** wrote and directed that piece of crap? Particularly the second one is just 120 minutes of advertising...jesus christ, the movie has nothing to do with football (funny enough, the scenes that are actually at a match are the most decent ones), it's a goddam Adidas add, at the last match you've got Nick Cannon coming out of the blue, and at the end the hero is Beckham (H)

Oh my god why. Those movies are wrong on so many levels man, whyyy

Tropic Thunder

With a plot destined to fail so easily, i was unsure about that movie. But the 9/10 rating convinced me to give a chance. And i gotta say it didn't dissapoint. Ben Stiller really isn't a bad producer at all as it turns out. They overdid with the retard jokes a little bit too much and i can see why the mentally challenged people were upset so much, but without it maybe the movie wouldn't have worked.

For me the star was Robert Downey Jr., man, his 80 year old 17th century black man accent was hilarious. He was talking like an old angry black man that served his whole live to the white master.

Best moment was probably when the Flamming dragon called Tom Cruise to try and get a ransom and Tom Cruise just shut them down. They did a great job covering up Tom Cruise btw, i would have never guessed it was him, if i didn't know ahead of time.

When Coogan got blown up by the french mine, that was quite funny too because it was so unexpected.

Overall, great movie, if you want to have one last good laugh to send off the summer, then that's the movie you need to see, don't sleep on it.

Felon - Crappy low budget movie. Waste of time.

Shifty in Real Life - Yawn.

Crash - It was an alright movie, but at the end I was about tired with how much they overdid the whole racism thing. Yes, we're all racist, I get it. No need to make it the main thing in every single sub-plot.
