Based on his performances in the EPL, Sulley Muntari, at age 23 and still getting better, is going to be pretty good.

...i'm am definitely not interested in purchasing lampard next season when i believe he will be 33 years old?...

Lampard is 30 this year so he'll be 31 next year.

yeah, but IF u guys do get Muntari, Lamps will have something to think about, I mean Sulley plays in similiar position to Lamps, and he won't get the guarantee of being in the 1st eleven, unless Mourinho does something about it.
Thats just saying if Frank does plan to go to Inter next season, who knows.

O, my bad thanks for the clarification... but still even then we would have mancini, muntari, cambiasso, figo(i realize could be his last year) possibly quaresma, jimenez (for whome i like alot) with stankovic and vieira on my **** list for a lackluster previous season... i guess we'll see how this season goes to see how long guys like vieira and stankovic play for whether or not they stick around next season.

How effective is Cambiasso really? I mean isn't he(a DM right?) 36 or 37? Maybe after this season it would be time to trim some excess fat.....Figo, Viera(maybe), Cambiasso?

wtf? GOD, that's a hefty price tag especially considering that we could've had him for half that price about 2-3yrs ago. We really should've put more effort into the Quaresma deal instead of pissing money away like this on a player whose position we've got covered already, man.

I watched a bit of him last season, and to be honest, he hasn't matured much mentally or developed tactically from his Udi days. There's no denying that he's physically about as gifted as they come, but he's also an utter sh!thead who is more erratic and reckless than a crackhouse rat. Just about every tackle that he makes is card worthy, his tactical awareness is nonexistent and he's too in love with his buggy long range shots, man.

Anyway, the good thing is that he's still very young and, as I've said before, he's an unbelievable specimen who's got limitless potential.

Oh well then he needs to be in the long term plans.

A pretty strong case can be made that he's our most important player, bro. If Zanetti (THANK GOD) wasn't such an ageless wonder, combover boy would probably be our incontestable captain right now.

He brings an immense amount of joy to my heart everytime he's on the pitch. His boundless spirit and unbridle enthusiasm for the Black and Blue of Inter has been unquestioned and unwavering from his first appearance......without a doubt, he's one of our most important and brilliant purchases in my 12yrs of supporting this club, man.

id rather have the guy in yer sig more than Lamps at this point to be honest. We desperately need to offload Stanko and I feel that Cole would be a perfect replacement for em.

cambiasso is kind of like gattuso but with way more ball skill... love gattuso, but don't let him shoot, lol.

Good luck getting him as well. :D

I agree about Cambiasso tho, looked quite decent at Madrid but couldn't hold down a spot there. I think if they hadn't sold him after they sold Makelele they would've done better. He's at Inter now, so thats all that counts. :)

But the worrying thing, in Inter's perspective is that most of yer players are aging players. Also, apart from Sulley, most of the players that signed in the past few seasons are accomplished players close or already in to their 30s. Its like Moratti has a fetish for ready made superstars, and not willing to gamble purchasing promising young players.

When will you guys get rid of Materazzi, he's already a has-been judging from the Euros and last season's CL, IMO.

and that's why i get excited about guys like mancini (27 years old), muntari (23) and possibly quaresma (i believe low 20's.)

fun fact: Sulley Ali Muntari sleeps 12 hours a day, similar to his compatriot Michael Essien, who puts in a 10 hour daily shift in the land of the Sand Man ...
