So it looks like it's down to the cartoons then......
Because both Family Guy and the Simpsons have defined the comedic taste of two generations. Translating into tangible a lot of the humor we could either never get away with in public or were not creative enough to turn into reality...I think both are brilliant quite frankly....friends is just.....cute
EXCELLENT lineup, though i think the latter three in my list are the best, ive had to go for Friends as i have LITERALLY spent days watching it. And nothing can put a smile on my face so easily. Well organised Az... Eventually.

Friends are the most consistently funny, Family Guy tend to just overdo it too much, and the Simpsons are what Friends would've been like had they had worse writers and continued for 10 seasons too many. Comparing best episdoes, Friends still beat both of them, and Simpsons still come last.

Simpsons, definitely. Family guy can be very funny but sometimes drags jokes out for too long.
Friends is ok at best, but nowhere near my top 5. I'm suprised so many people like it so much. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate it, but it's not really all that funny.
