Here is my 1980 season update:
I have identified all of the players in the league and I am putting them on the teams now. I can help you guys with the all-star patch if you need help with players as I have three NASL encyclopedias to gather information from. I am renaming players since I didn't know how to make them, however you guys are more than welcome to make players once I finish with this patch.
Now unless someone has files that I do not have here is what I am missing:

Had to work but i'm done Houston Hurricane and Los Angeles Aztecs' rosters. Today i'll work on Memphis, Minnesota and New England.

unfortunely im really sick and getting worse i definetly have to see a doctor really soon ive had constant head pain (which us=is slot worse now) and advil/tylanol dont work. sore throat. i feel dizzy also like i'm rapidly fading in and out. and feel really cold (have track [ants s tshirt and sweat on and still feel cold).

Dude, sounds like you may have pneumonia. I had the same symptoms last year & the docs thought I had the flu or bronchitis. They mis-diagnosed me and I ended up getting rushed to the hospital for dehydration then they realized I had pneuomonia. Don't hesitate, go to your doc or an emergency room now. Get better & God bless.

feel a tiny bit better... goin to doc tommorow to chec it ot. oh i forgot to mention pat couple o days for some reaso i eat a good breakfeast then when it comes to lunch time i feel like i got a "starving" feeling in my stomach. i kida got tha now. im definetly gong tomorow morning thx for the info ill let the doc know that so they dont mis-diagnse.
oh i got neck-pain and dhiarrea sometimes also lo. gona go drink some water.

Ok! I'm ready to give you guys NASL 1980 v1.0!! I need you guys to test this out for me and let me know what you think and any improvements that needs to be made. By the way I never uploaded any files before so I need some direction to do that!! And please if there are any kit makers around I still need some kits for some teams to add to V1.5. Please help me so we can all enjoy NASL 1980!!!

It doesn't appear to be available yet in Soccer Gaming Downloads - not sure how long it takes to post.

Maybe you could upload it on Filefront or Rapidshare?

I extracted all of the files but how & where do I install them?

Can the files be converted into a cmp file?

I downloaded it fine and was able to load the patch with CM08. I didn't get a chance to play a game with the patch yet - will try later tonight and let you know. I only did a quick scan of a couple of the teams and it looks good so far. The only thing I noticed was missing flags for the teams. What changes are you expecting for 1.5?

Great work so far!!! I've literally been waiting for years for a NASL patch!

As I don't know how to do flags i'm hoping that releasing v1.0 will inspire others to help make this patch perfect as I had to use shortcuts to make the players. Also I am still hoping that some kit designers will come to my aid and make the missing kits that I mentioned earlier and make flags as well. There are some missing gui files that is needed. Maybe with this version out it can be tweeked to make it even better!! I'm working on some ad boards as well.
