He said he would never leave while Ferguson is in charge. And Ferguson as far as I know and in his interviews has indicated hes goin nowhere for a long long time. SO Ronaldo stays for a long long time.

As a United supporter Im happy for Ronaldo to leave when he retires. He can play beach football like Cantona did I dont mind!

ABSOLUTELY ELATED!!!

WE are the KINGS of Europe!!!! What a freakin nerve-wrecking penalty shooutout...the agony...the tension... omg i couldnt bear to watch!! WE DID IT!!

I am deligthed for the young lads anderson nani and tevez and of course our legends...paul scholes & ryan giggs.

Shame though how come park didnt get a medal? he deserves one even though he didnt play in the final.

About Ronaldo... what a mixed night.. i knew he was going to miss it. BUt i am just happy for him...now he wont be remembered for the wrong reasons.

To right, I'm impressed nani and anderson scored there penalties. They must of be the most inexperienced penalty takers, but took there's better then ronadlo.

Still cant nock ron though, that was a sweet header. He's been the top goal scorer in everything he's been in. I hope he does well in the Euro's.

I was kicking myself when Tevez missed those 2 sitters, then carrick missed his chance too. Couldn't believe it. Cant knock either of them though, they both had great games.

I thought hargreaves really stood out. Who got man of the match?

thats tough m8, I once tried that and as soon as I went on a bus a couple of blokes spoiled the result for me by talking loudly about the match....:D

Well, I just kept listenin to music on the way home as loud as possible and saw the game, which was recorded by my bro :D

What a game, what a season !! I literally went beserk when JT missed that penalty and even more when VDS saved....what a feeling. I can now have an idea of how it must have felt for the fans in 1999

Anyways, lets focus on enjoying for the moment....party on lads :bouncy:

Mark of a great manager, a great leader. Sir Alex Ferguson. The best manager in the world. He's thinking about next season

listen to this interview:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/7414013.stm

=======================================

By that, he was referring to a team-talk in which he had reminded his players it was the 50th anniversary of the Munich air disaster. "I said that we wouldn't let down the memory of the Busby Babes," he said. "We had a cause and that was very important because people with causes are very difficult for people to barter against. So I'm very, very proud. Sometimes you have to pinch yourself but the thing about me is that I don't get carried away. Tomorrow morning I will be thinking about next season. It drains away very quickly — that drug, that final moment, that save, it vanishes for me. I will be thinking about the future and looking into the players' eyes to make sure their hunger is still there. I won't be retiring."
