Ballllaaaaaackkk! 1-0 Camon Chelsea!!!

We did it fellas!! We've got the result we wanted against Man Utd, they'll complain about the penalty decision, we'll let them complain all they want!!
We started out the game very strongly we should've got the lead when Joe hit the bar, but luckily Ballack got us ahead with a great header after a run ala Lamps......
Carvalho's mistake led to Rooney's goal, but it doesn't matter now, Riccy!!
Was it a penalty or not? I honestly don't know, I didn't expect it to be given especially since Utd haven't concede a penalty all season long in the League.....
hats off to Ballack for coolly slotting it home!! We're now level, despite the huge gap in goal difference its done a massive boost on our confidence, especially going into Anfield!!

Utd lost Vidic early on(accidently clashing with Didi) and Rooney pulled a hamstring b4 scoring.....so we got the luck, but Man Utd paid the price for fielding a side that was coming 'ere looking for a draw.
Its still on!!

queiroz questioned abt the ref standard, but if u ask me..why the ref don't book for man u players when they questioned the ref for almost every freekick that chelsea got.
if it was mascherano.... rio & hargreaves etc would be off.

btw, a massive result for us.
and we shud focus more on our game frm now on.dont ever think abt the manu results *becuz that's what happened for vs Wigan match.

Great result and a great game. We played a fantastic game and deserved the points. Very surprised by Fergies cautiousness. He played to a very defensive game plan, with one stiker. Bad decision. That is not the way to play us, and he should have known that.

Nice gesture for Pat Lampard after the first of our goals. Bad mistake from Ricci for their equaliser but, thats probably his only mistake this season so he's forgiven. I doubt that he'd be forgiven if we had of dropped points though. We didn't, so that puts us on level points now.

Now it really is Uniteds title to lose. The first team to drop points will be history.

why are u posting this in our thread? i thought u were a Man Utd fan....

the fact that u are posting negative news about YER own team in OUR thread won't help much for yer own sake.......

what happens off the field doesn't change the fact that we won, and thats all that matters to us, what happened after was silly but it shouldn't matter, its up to the FA to deal with what happened.......

i WAS a man utd fan, but that was when i'm still a small kid. after i'm 13 sumthing, i dun see any point for me to support a team because my friends support that team too. after 6 years or so,i believe that i can grow up with chelsea.

it's better to support a team that i really like, rather than supporting a team who was already a champion even before i was born.& i don't even LOVE the team.

it's fact that i'm not a TRUE fans...

i've a deep respect towards Man Utd. Their achievements are by far better than chelsea. it will takes years for us to catch up with them.

how can the PFA Team of the Year include no Chelsea players when with 2 games to go they are level top???

Essien has been much better than Gerrard!

and Flamini has been more influential than Fabregas too. Adebayor???? Started off ok,but faded as the season wore on. Sagna???Clichy???

I think that the amount of games played by the chosen players also counted, so when you take into account how much of the season various Chelsea players missed, then that might have some bearing on the team chosen. Terry, Lampard and Ballack missed quite a few games due to various injuries. Drogba had injuries and played in the ACN too.

It must be that Sean. Or maybe it's simply because nobody likes us.

It has more to do with the fact that Chelsea started off really bad compared to United and Arsenal. So when the nominations were getting made, Chelsea were still far behind the first place team.

thats why nominations should be made at the tail end of the season.......
well, if we manage to win the title i'm sure it'll be very hilarious indeed if none of the players in the champions' team is included, i reckon it'll a be a first since i don't recall it happening b4.....;D
