PES 2008 refuses to start with DX10

I have the 8800M GTX and DirectX 10

First I couldn´t install the game through the menu because it couldn´t find DirectX 9.0c. It told med to install DX 9.0c or later. I solved the install-issue by using the setup.exe without the autorun-menu.

But now it refuses to start the game because the file d3dx9_20.dll doesn´t exist. Is there any way around this, or do I have to uninstall DX10 and install DX 9.0?? Doesn´t PES 2008 support DX10?

If so, how do I replace DX10 with DX9?

U don't need to uninstall Dx10, try to install the latest Dx9.0c.

Problem solved, thankx. Installed latest version of DX9.0c and the game plays. DX10 is still installed though, so it seems like it just needed the missing file :)

And it feels good to play PES with the best settings possible :)
