Cannot import stadiums!

Ive been searching but I find no good answer. I download a old FIFA 07 stadium and file is .cmp
When trying import in CM it asks for .o files or .fsh
How do I convert .cmp file to any of these?

Edit: Alright, I found out I unzip the .cmp file, but now I dont know wich one I should import and where???

Follow these steps::

1. Patch -> Load
2. Click On Load and browse to select the .cmp of the stadium you want to import . Then wait for a few seconds.
3. Once you see the name of the stadium in the patch window , make sure you click on the CREATE in the right corner of the window where it shows 2 options .. create and replace .
4. Choose create if you are importing a stadium which is not already there in fifa. Or else if you want to replace a certain stadium , then choose replace.
5. Then click on IMPORT and again wait for a few seconds. Once that window disappears means the stadium is imported into the game.
6. Next step, click on the stadiums tab in CM, and scroll down to the stadium you just imported. Then assign that stadium to the team it belongs to and make any optional changes that you might want.
7. Lastly, go to the Teams tab in CM. Then select the team for which you just imported the stadium. Then, in that team's window, you have to select that stadium as its home stadium.

File -> Save

Thank you.. works fine but now I have another problem.

When imported one stadium it seems it replaced Santiago Bernabeu because evertime I play a game on this new stadium commentators says welcome to Santiago, 80 000 peoples...
Also I can only get one stadium to work, importing more makes the game crash, everyone who dont get ID number 2.
Turf always have some text on in different angles, but I can live with that though.
