MP3 To ADF Converter (pes5 music editing)

hi there guys, just wanted a bit of advice. I'm wanting to edit the music in pes5 but the music in the game is only adf supported. is there any software that i can convert my mp3 songs to adf so i can add them into the game?
I'm fed up of the elevater music in network mode and so would be nice if i could change it.

any advice or links would really be appreciated!

So basically, you'll need Nero and DKZ Studio.
