How much body fat do you have?

Ok, it's an internet program, so it's not totally accurate.

My results are quite shocking, I used the tape measure method since I happen to have one on hand. I got:

Body Fat% 5.00
Lbs of body fat 7.56
Lean body weight 143.44

I'm 6'7" (203 cm) :(

This should be "The Bobby is too skinny thread".

And yes, even with this and the geography thing, I am American.

I'm not fat :p 16% means Im fat? OK, maybe I got 1-2kgs durring xmas that I havent lost yet(all inonunderat and about the abdominal area) but I'm far far from being fat.

I was like 18% in my first year of Uni, but I've shed 15 pounds since then so I might be down to 15ish? don't feel like measuring though

How do I get bigger? I have a form of anorexia where I always feel full :(

It's not anorexia nervosa (popularly thought of as 'anorexia') but a much more common form found in people with clinical depression.

You can't get bigger if you don't eat enough, it's really simple.

I've put on 20lb of muscle in the last 8 months, just by goin to the gym 4-5 times a week and increasing my calorie intake. You're not that much skinnier than me when I started out and I have to say my diet made the biggest difference. And I will assume that you are an ectomorph just like myself. If you start working out that should help your appetite too.

Ectomorph here as well. I'm 6'1" (185cm) and weigh 143lb. Not that long ago I used this online food journal which worked out how many calories I needed daily in order to gain two pounds a week. Only did it for about five days, I gained some weight, but felt like I was having to think about food pretty much constantly, not to mention the fact that we would simply run out of food.

Jeez. I thought I was skinny... I'm 6'1 and 158 lbs. I wanted to gain weight, but it seems like a pain. So I'll call it a virtue that I have an extremely fast metabolism and be done with that.

Thanks, I'll start working out again. I actually stopped because I thought I was shedding pounds.

I'll look into a food journal too.

simple. live with me for a year, put on 50-60 pounds, then start going to the gym and do some resistance training and high intensity plyometrics. boom, muscle.

Done this before... I vary between 7 and 11 depending on how much exercise I am doing and which, because of my age means I stick in the lean range. If I get anywhere below that I don't feel so good...
