I cant believe this... this is such a vital game and we down 2-0. please Sir Alex make some changes. Get Ronaldo on the right and attack michael ball. We need a miracle now if we were to avoid losing at home for the 1st time and most importantly stay in the title race.

Hamann WILL break someone's leg before the final whistle at this rate. and Petrov/Benjani counterattacks will be on for the 2nd half... should be exciting

Well, this is more half-assed than last week's game.

I don't reckon its just a coincidence that Rooney hasn't lost while playing for us this season. Every game we've lost, Rooney hasn't played.

EDIT: 5 minutes left, and the Man Utd fans are on their feet, holding their scarves above their heads, chanting. Hows that for ya Pede ? Who's classless ?

Yeah i saw that, my point is that you could only hear City fans singing and United fans booing. If you could call those in attendance, United fans at all. Moms in a minor league do more cheering than that.

I don't think its a coincidence. If he was upfront today, it would have been a different game. Man Utd could play without Ronaldo, and win, it doesn't mean he's not dearly missed. I for one am very happy that Rooney will be back against Newcastle.

Far from it

I agree rooney was missed. We lacked that striker. Ronaldo looked so scared to go past people. The shape was wrong today. I cant believe we lost at home. It will take days for me to get over this. Dont even feel like working tomorrow. My mates will definitely be rubbing it in.

The players could have shown more heart though. I have been behind the players for much of the season, getting behind them during the first week of the season when things were tough and the odds were stacked against us. But today has been unacceptable. I'm sure they know how us fans would feel but do they know how the survivors would feel upon seeing this defeat and the performance that comes with it? Does a lack of a fourth striker has anything to do with a gutless, spineless performance on a special occasion that meant so much?
