Yeah it really is, I can watch all my downloaded movies on the TV now. It's great if you wanna have people over and just play music videos in the background or play your playlists.

The interface on the AppleTV is so much better though, but it's not like you can play games or watch high def movies on it and it costs the same.

Yeah, I've done some interviews with specialists and enthusiasts for a special end-of-the-year report -- the best and worst products/services of 2007 --, and while many of them exalted the sales of Wii, some actually think the console market may change in next year.

In addition to the point you made, some PS3-exclusive titles are expected to be realeased in 2008 as well.


(By the way, Apple TV has been mentioned by some of them as one of the worst products of 2007.)

Only a few days left until the realease date now and I'm so excited about this game. Been watching the trailers and the new screenshots all day now and the game looks fantastic. Add to that the scores it got from all the reviews so far and it might be the best game ever made. I just hope I won't get disappointed cos of my high expectations... Seeing thats usually the case when it comes to me and video games I look forward to.

I've decided to get a PS3 now so I can play GTA IV. Anyone else gonna get this game or even a new console just to be able to play GTA?

Although good in theory, unfortunately Wii technology/hardware has no chance of competing with the PS3/Xbox 360 so the Wii would probably get a watered down version of the game (e.g. not as much detail in the world).

Just have a look at Wii graphics in any game compared to the GTA IV screenshots...

IGN gave it a 10.
The PS3 graphics are slightly better than xbox360's(less pop-ins and better aliasiang) thats about it.
I Know a few people who have the game already(thank you to the pirates of the world) and they cant put it down, its HOT HOT HOT. GOTY for sure.

Sucks that it's not out for PC. I also generally hate the fact that there's different consoles for different games etc, so I don't even know which to buy if I was going to buy one.
