We will definietly get a new striker next summer. However, there is no point in panicking into buying somebody in January. Nani, Ronaldo and Giggs can all play up there, plus the team also can play 4-5-1. Ole's retirement plans came too late to buy somebody, that's why we only have 3, next year somebody else will come.

Yeah, but if there is nobody that fits us available, then its probably better to stick one of those 3 upfront instead of panicking into buying somebody and half a year latter regretting it. I've not heard Doyle's name mentioned before for potential targets, but i've been to quite a few Reading games since they got promoted and i must say that out of the whole team he's the one (along with Superman Sonko) that has impressed me the most. Though i think it would take time for him to be able to reach the level that United would expect of him.
