new video card for PES2008?

What can i expect with this setup...
AMD AM2 X2 6000+ 3.0Ghz Dual Core
2GB Corsair ram 800MHZ PC6400
and..
Inno3D IV-8500GT-E2-HD - PCI-E x16 512MB 128-bit DDR2 460MHz Core, 800MHz Memory Shader 4.0
its a cheapy card but its 512MB...and memory shader 4.0...i have no idea about the otehr specs...
i have a 22" wide screen montior...will i get over 1024x768 (or wide alernative) on HIGH??

i have Pentium D 820 2x 2.8 Ghz , 1.5 gig pc4200 RAM, Visiontek ATI Raden x1650 Pro 512MB . I play on 1280x1024 resolution on high. although i just played a match and i got some framerate slowdown when it was raining. other than rain i get pretty smooth game flow.

amd athlon x64 bit 3.8 ghz
1gig ram
nvidia 6600gt 128mb
i can't play on high res anymore because the game doesn't go fluid then
although i surely want that in the future, it makes the game so much better...
i have doubts on buying a new gfx card. will buying a new video card (was thinking about nvidia8500 from around 90euros) solve the problem?
I don't have the budget for a whole new pc so if that doesn't works, maybe i should look out for a xbox 360 or PS3 ? what do you guys think??
btw: i have widescreen samsung 931 Bw with 2ms and max res of 1440-900

lol i have a core 2 duo 3 ghz and 2 gb ram and 8600 gts i play on 1280x1024 high without any slowdown at all in rain and in any weather 
and 16x aa and 16x af although i have some slow down in replays but still good though
really i love my 8600 gts wooooh great card at least for me
