Does The FULL Version Run Better Than The Demo?

I just wanted to know if to those of you who had slow downs, stuttering, and even playing it on the lowest resolution and details level, the full version improved the gaming experience at all, or if it runs JUST as the demo?

I'm planning on buying a new PC but until then I would like to know if I will be able to run the full version any better, and smoother and faster than the DEMO, or if I won't have any chances till I get the new computer.

System specs-
Intel Pentium III 1GHZ
512MB RAM
GeForce 5500FX 256MB

In my opinion big yes , no stutter like in demo , and full version is slower

Mates, I also had a question similar to this one.

I live in the US and can't wait until this winter, so I would like to go get the PC version from hmv.co.uk or something like that...plus it also is somewhat cheap.

I had a question though.

I run the demo pretty smoothly but on lowest graphic settings. If I run the full game with the same settings as my demo settings, will the game run the same as the demo or will it be slower?

i have A64 3700 , 7800 gtx , 2gb ram

and in demo have stuttering in replay , in corner theiking and whan someone clear from penalty area , now is smooth , i play on 1024x768 high , 16 x af , and v sync on
