Btw, does the shooting still seem like bullets? Does the ball go like a bullet to the goal?

i don't think LAN is in again this year.
konami should allow the valid cd-key to unlock LAN play as playing on their servers is never quite good.

the game is fantastic but i have a problem: before a match in master league or league i can't change the strips, i see no option to do that so the computer chooses the shirts for me and for example i play with juventus and when i had to play against dinamo kiev both teams had white shirts, so you guessed, it was almost impossible for me to play. anyone knows what to do? thanks and sorry for my bad english!

even though i don't have the game yet, i just know from past pes experience that this is surely from auto strip select. go to master league basic settings and turn it off

anybody else having slowdown problems on there pc? mines runs really slow.

my pc specs are as followed
asus ati 9600xt/i 128mb
2 gigs of ram
250 gig hdd

This runs half life 2 to perfection and a few other FPS games, however pes 2008 is having problems.

I placed my order for the PC version with Play.com last week and I've just had a confirmation email to say that it's been posted.

Presumably, this means that other online stores will be doing likewise and that conventional stores in the UK will have it before Friday.

A query for Buba3d, while I'm here - I have similar stats and would be interested to know what CPU you're using.

i have the same problem(low settings)
and i have the same videocard as you,its an old one,we need to upgrade it,and lets hope its making the game faster

Exactly the same problem here unfortunatly. A64 3500+, 2GB DDR, GeForce 7900GT... shouldn't realy be any problem, but I guess Konami has to release a patch for it to make it work flawless and w/o any slowdown/slowmotion-sequences.

im new to PES and i´d like to know if i could configure to controls to be the same as fifa 07 or 08 on PC keyboard
I managed to change the shoot button to "D" and the through pass to "W", but i cant get the regular pass to "S", how can i do that ?

man this is just stupid, i have changed the game settings in my pes 2008, made my face, played 5 games in ML and then i restarted my PC. Now every time i start the game my settings dissapears. what to do? i saved my settings from in game "save data" bla bla but every time i restart my PC my settings are gone so i have to start everything all over and is very frustrating. anybody else has this problem? sorry again for my english, hope you understood what i was trying to say. cheers!

i read only negative coments here before i wos geting my copy of new pes , but ......


THE GAMES RUN WONDERFOULY ON MY CONFIGURATION AND BETHER GAMEPLAY FOR DEMO WHERE I WOS HAW STUTTERING , now is everything faboulous , , wide camera is bether than last year more open view , no cam angle but i didnt use that setings anyway this is D E F I N I T I V E best pes to date , belive me , ofcourse there is some bugs but thers minor one , and we needs lod tools and magic of comunuti editing but i am so hapy becouse i almost didnt buy pes 2008 becouse this negative coments :kader:
