I see nobody is complaining about the replays in pes2008demo
but i really dont like the new replays!
Its very close to these ****ty fifa replays i saw in fifa2007 (by accident of course:)
I cant enjoy the goals i made.Its going too fast and the camera is following the ball !
more guys who agree with me?
i hope they fix this in the full release(N)

yeah i agree with you completely. I hate for example on free kicks, if you get a goal, the replay doesn't even move with the ball, and it makes the ball go like a bullet into the net :P

However, this is Konami, so rest assured, they might change the replay system. Didn't you hear that they already made the gamplay slower compared to what it was in the demo? People said the demo gameplay was too fast, so they changed it :P

I'm sure they'll do the same with the replay system.

no i didnt heart about the fast gameplay issue but about fixing the replays?i doubt about it..
and also the speed of the ball when passing is very strange(like playing on an icehockey court)
it looks like the ball will never stop if you hit it to a 5000 meter field or something
i give this pes a 6/10 gameplay
8/10 graphics
2/10 sound

I really like the passing. It is very realistic. for example, if you try to 'speed pass', when you give it to a player and you quickly try to pass again, if that player is not balanced yet the pass will be bad...just like in real life.

What I hate is the speed of the shooting system. You can shoot from almost at the halfway line and the ball will rocked like a bullet on goal. Then the other thing I hate is that the ball just ROCKETS off the goalkeepers back to you...

Isn't the demo 70% of the final code or something ?


The tempo of the demo stinks , but latest reports is the tempo will be slower at final code.

LOL, mate, that may be true for Konami, but it sure as h3ll ain't true for EA.

What you saw in the demo is what you got in tha final version for FIFA 08. No changes at all.

You do know that you can change camera angle and focus, right?

But there is one bad thing about the manual replay. The way you rotate? It's not fluid like in PES5/4. That's a shame too

EDIT.. Just found out how to do it
