Ok, its in french but i found this:

Selon nos confrères coréens de VideoGamerX, Pro Evolution Soccer 7 devrait proposer un mode online à deux contre deux ainsi qu'un paquet de nouveaux championnats européens dont voici la liste exhaustive :


- Premier League (Angleterre)
- English Championship (Angleterre division 2)
- Serie A (Italie)
- Ligue 1 (France)
- Primera Liga (Espagne)
- Bundesliga (Allemangne)

- Eredivisie (Pays-bas)
- Bwin LIGA (Portugal)
- Turkish League (Turquie)
- Scottish Premiership (Ecosse)
- Greek Superleague (Grèce)
- Russian League (Russie)
- Israel League (Israel)

La licence pour le championnat allemand a donc été récupérée mais surtout, sept nouveaux championnats s'ajoutent à la liste. De quoi allonger encore un peu la durée de vie monumentale du jeu.

Its says that according to a Korean site, PES7 will contain all these leagues.

An if I have to trust my rusty french it alsop says that the PES7 comes with a Bundesliga license. Though I can't see if Konami got more licenses in the EPL:

This is not exactly hard to to.

All they do is increase the database size for teams and players.

What would make it better would be to add as many teams/player/leagues you want.
