Nah, wouldn't happen. None of the players were actually trying. In a real game there would have been much more intensity, which would prevent from such a flow.

An entertaining first half, but pretty boring second half.

Proper midfielder? Scholes and Carrick have been superb this season. I know we need another midfielder still, but "proper"?!

Second half was boring. But obviously Fergie had to rest the key players for more important encounters.
I wanted Cole to get a goal but meh..

Poor wording on my part. I meant a proper midfielder in the sense that we would be able to go forward with most guns blazing, knowing that we had said midfielder there so that we didn't get hurt doing it against the big teams. I don't think I need to explain that we don't exactly get that from Scholes or Carrick.

It's good that we can play this way against some teams already, but with the right addition (and I didn't intend to sound as if this addition would be easy to come by) I think we can have security playing this way against better teams as well. This way we don't have to see the woeful performances that break our season's momentum, at least not ones that are due to a system that doesn't utilize our players like Ronaldo and Rooney to their potential.

I didn't mean for it to sound like a shot at either Scholes or Carrick, who as you said, have been superb.

I did found out that Ronny Johnsen was invited by Alex Ferguson to play with Manchester United but his flight was cancelled.

It would be awesome to see Ronny Johnsen with the big stars again. In Vålerenga he are just a big star. :)

too bad for Ronny, btw Becks would have played a part for Utd aswell if he had been fit. Really too bad.

At least Mr Andy eh Andrew as he preferes Cole played for Utd.

i agree, and i reckon Hargreaves is that player (Y)

Would've been awesome is Ronny could've played, also if Beckham did too. Shame they didnt but it was a great site to see Andy Cole back in a United shirt :D

We should've got him on loan for the rest of the season (H)
