PES 6 Unstable

I have a slight problem with pes 6 for my pc. I have the superpatch installed, and for the most part it works great. But it seems like at least 10 to 20% of my games end in my computer freezing. The same goes for when I'm exiting out of the game into windows... my computer freezes up. Also, this has happene before I installed the superpatch. So I know that's not the problem. Anyone else experiencing this? Or does anyone have any tips to make the game more stable? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have superpatch installed and mine never freezes upon exiting. That must be due to your graphics drivers. I would look into doing a clean reintall or updating them.
