Hello,
NK allow me a question, what is the main difference between your Gameplay Patch and the one the was recently released on Fifa Korea?! I have played your patch and at the beginning it was quite challenging, but now I think I am used to it. Was there a further update after the first final version was released?!

Maybe somebody here has tried both of them?!

Will this effect my online gaming ???

Yes, if only 1 gamer has my update installed and the other doesn't, the game could crash or conflict.

It is strongly advised for both gamers to make sure they have the same update installed. But most online players' use EA gameplay.

lol, it won't be long. The update is going to wipe the floor with anything else released, especially my 1st update for 07. There is no doubt about it that you WILL have to play better then you are doing so now, which is always fun!!

The update will be out very soon now. It's in the final stages of testing and the tuning of defence pressing and passing is the main goal at this stage of the update. I want to make sure players' can't just knock the ball about easily and hit a pass from one side of the goal to the other with 100% accuracy and speed. I've reduced the passing distance by a lot, but the ball physics tuning allows the passes to still reach the target, but not with perfect pace and direction, making some passes not too perfect and players' might run onto the pass wrong or control the ball too far in front of them. It's less predictable. The rest I will keep to myself, and I am very confident in this version and gameplay design.

As for FIFA-Korea, I have never released an update for their site. My updates are exclusive to Sweetpatch, however if they have released one of their own then I am yet to try it out, but I never usually do.

I'm very proud of what I achieve and I rely very much on my testing stages and my feedback from the main tester! [whose feedback has been spot on and we've come a long, long way with this game I believe]

I would personally suggest you wait for the 2nd version, although I am biased.

Some may complain world class to be too challenging, or the keeper impossible to beat. But these are things that I can only say 'move down a level'. In some cases, you might be on par with the difficulty level and in others, it may be too challenging. But all levels, by the time of release will be tuned and balanced.

Like I said, it's not too long to go now. :mexican:

Oh it will! you may be surprised if you read through the gameplay design and see that perfect keepers are turned on. However, the tuning of the keepers and skill for diving, etc is so tuned that they are far from perfect. Think of switching 'perfect keepers' on, as like turning 'idiot keepers' off!! Because without it being turned on, they are quite stupid...I'm sure you agree.

But now, you can still score scorchers here and there and yet it feels more deserved than having some fool between the posts let it go in. :mexican:

I haven't been to these forums for a while and my first post is to congratuate you in the work you've done so far. Honestly, the work you do is great. Big fan since last year, I wanted to tell you that your gameplay is awesome when you play multiplayer matches against other people. Me and a couple of guys have been playin with your gameplay and let me tell you how diverse the games are and the goals feel good when you score them. The gameplay has opened up where you can try big play on on other people and such. Single player is awesome but you already know that b/c of other people's replies. Look foward to your second gameplay patch and will comment more often regardin your patch.

All hail NK! Super work! There is something about the ball physics i hope you have fixed in the next update. The ball almost never bounces repeatedly, yet it should like off player's heads from a goal kick. The ball is also almost never lose yet it should like from sliding tackles the ball should bounce off anyone in any direction.

You are commenting on the 1st update yes? The ball physics in the latest version are far improved, you'll see the ball bounce off everything!!

Realistically too. It feels more natural, I will be having the ball physics fully tested also to make sure everything is running fine.

starting...

I'm now starting to put the update installation bits together. Example; The new name of the update LOGO, installation files, some news for Sweetpatch.

I'm not sure if it'll be a big fancy installation, might just get right to the point, but knowing me and my ways, I'll add in some crazy video's to say 'thanks for downloading' and what not haha. Maybe even a warning for beginners, but I just went down 5-0 in first 45mins to Aston Villa playin as Man-utd on world class, so this is difficult. In that 1 half i managed 2 shots, both badly wide. they had 14 shots, 11 on and 5 goals. My keeper made some great saves, but hell they missed a few other chances on goal. Lucky it wasn't 7-0. You have to be REALLY good haha, trust me.
