I know Im not supposed to be posting from other boards..........but this thread is to comment on what many people are saying on Big Soccer (and seriously, who hasnt heard of this site?)

Im actually surprised that people have such a bad opinion of Toronto over there. All the better when we start beating their teams left and right.

pasion... the thread you linked to is in MLS Rivalries. That's not a forum where people go to be nice to eachother and get along.

People in MLS Rivalries were making jokes about Doug Hamilton's (former Galaxy GM) death only a week after he died. It's an "anything goes" type of forum.

I don't watch the MLS and I'm not gonna now that Toronto's got a team but I seriously have to think that the Toronto team can be pretty good in the future. It's probably the biggest football city in the MLS so maybe they can overcome financial problems if they have any with ticket sales although Canadian's aren't exactly rich because they're taxed to nothing.
Those guys on Big Soccer are morons though. There was honestly no point to starting that thread. They're not making any point except they hate Toronto because of the way it looks.

Nah, LA is a bigger city for it. They have like 6 PDL teams there along with the 2 MLS teams, none hemmorage money like the Lynx did.

I just saw that they were insulting Canada and was like : Wft?
I didnt know it was normal to be so ignorant on that board.

I just brought it up here just to show how dumb they were and raised the issue of: Do they all think like that?

As for LA being the biggest soccer city in the MLS, we're gonna be changing that very soon. :D (though it's flatering to already be considered one of the top 2-3 soccer cities in N. America (AT THE MOMENT) <IE: Montreal isnt like Toronto who completely ignored their Lynx, I've lived there and can easily saw that the Impact are a very respected and well treated team in public and media)>

But yeah: I can imagine Toronto and LA having epic games from now on , maybe a rivarly might develop. (though I guess it's really : Toronto vs. USA at the moment, all the teams hate us lol)
