PES^6 vs FIFA 2007

Right now I'm playing Fifa 07 for my 360, and it's pretty decent. I haven't tried pes 6 for 360 because I've heard some many bad things about it. Plus I saw some screen shots for pes 6 on 360 and I though I was looking a ps2 graphics.
Tho before I got my 360 I played all my games on my PC. On the PC, Pes always wins over Fifa for the most part. Gameplay always wins... no argument there. The graphics, especially player models, look so much more realistic and detailed on pes. Fifa graphics always look cartoony. It always seemed like there were only 3 player models: Small, Normal, and Large. The only thing that always brought me back to fifa was the Manager Mode. If konami could just try and emulate this I would never go back to fifa.

I have many gripes about FIFA for the 360 but overall I am having a ton of fun. I think the gameplay is pretty decent. The animations are superb. What really makes the 360 Fifa worthwhile is the online mode. It rocks. No lag, period! and beating real people is always thriling. Beat someone on the weekend in the 90th minute when I intercepted the ball from the goalie who decided to come out...and walked it in as an insult! Can't describe the feeling! Another game, I beat Barcelona with Real Madrid 4-1. 3 of the goals coming off of R. Carlos freekicks. And that's that I have only scored with R. Carlos once out of like 18-20 tries previous to this match! My best game ever! Online rocks

FIFA 07 will probably only look good on the XBOX 360.
Pro Evo 6 is a better game,by far!
Because it has got more tricks than 07,got a cool best-player in the game skill video at half-time,FIFA dosent do that.

Gameplaywise, PES is always better than Fifa. Like I said, th eonline mode in 360 version is superb! Overall, 360 Fifa is o.k. I give it a 7.5 out of 10. They need to keep working on gameplay, fix the graphics, audio, add the leagues back and tournaments. Being that this fifa was entirely new (engine), I can somewhat see why it's not as great as it could be. It certainly has the potential to be amazing...perhaps next year. Always ben a fan of PES but it's getting a little stale (gameplay aside). They really need to start working on the audio big time! Update the graphics and get with the times. Next gen attempt is abysmal

360 FIFA is a mixed bag. Some of the gameplay is fantastic, but other parts are just dreadful. The goalies are awful, the FK's too easy, your players lose possesion as soon as someone breathes on them, and the fact you cant even do a friggin stepover is rediculously lazy on EA's part. The gameplay goes like this..P1 gets the ball, passes it around to his fastest player, fast player outruns some people, loseses posesion, P2 gets the ball, does the same thing. Their is very,very little focus on teamwork, just getting it to the fastest guys and watching them run. The graphics arent even that good, the players look like they are made of shiny plastic. The online mode isnt even that great, its so hard to find people that dont play as one of the big clubs in the game that most of the time I dont even bother. This game is definetly getting traded in as soon as PES6 comes out in the States, I might even trade it in tommorow for Gears of War.

I said I did play it online, and its just not that fun. Gee, should I play against Arsenal or Barcalona for the 50th time? What great fun that is. I traded in Winning Eleven 9 for PS2 and Fifa unrealistic soccer 07 for 360 and got WE9 for Xbox and Gears of War for $48. Niiiiice. Allready had more fun playing Gears than I had in my month or so with FIFA. Shouldnt have even wasted my cash on FIFA, I always buy it, it always disapoints.

You CAN do stepovers in FIFA, its one of the easiest tricks so you are wrong. I think you are wrong about gameplay too and the best way to go about the game is keeping possession and patience, dont keep the speed burst button on everywhere.
I enjoy FIFA07 immensely apart from some minor gripes I havent had this much satisfaction from any other football game and I came onto it after PES5.
I see that idiot niceman is keeping up his usual helpful standards. I wonder if he has ever said anything remotely interesting in his life.
