I'm not sure if that was a serious question or not but it says "СЕЛЬДЕРЕЙ" which translates to english, as you can probably tell from the picture meaning celery and can be transliterated as 'seliderei'.

don't be too shy about using other countries' types. i'm sure these swedish flags need some "ä"s... as far as i knoe the swedish word for am, are, is is "är" ("här är hif"), for example...
using other types makes it feel different, you know...

Sorry but you have no idea what you are talking about. There is no such religious rivalry in Edinburgh. Hearts and Hibs have an intra city rivalry. Religious nonsense is a Glasgow thing.

Their is historically a sectarian rivalry. Like I said nowhere near the extent of Glasgow but you are right, it no longer exists and is nothing more than a silly little Scottish match now.
