i feel gutted for ronaldo, it seems he's worked hard to get back

with 4 new signings, we'll need to get rid of some players. Probably pavon, helguera, cassano, maybe becks (since he is out of contract in june)

i cant understate how much i like the fact that we are going after good YOUNG players now, i like our vets, but having some fresh young guys around will help balance us out

Well, he connected well with Ruud and made runs and so on. He did have some dribbles, shots and his goal was great! He tried his best, so thats why I said great! Normally he doesnt even try ;)

and btw Higuain is French.

as for Ronnie......He can be the best but he keeps on being rushed back so soon after injuries! and i dont think he is 100% sometimes and because of that he suffers. and then gets another knock and has to sit out again! I put this down to having only Ruud and Raul as lone strikers! and most will agree that Raul is best as a SS or AMF anyway!

i think he needs a vacation. clear his head, get fit again and come back shootin'!

the thing is, Ronaldo wasnt rushed back at all this time, imho. i really thought this was going to be the big comeback. i feel so bad for the guy.

Pretty nice half so far, RVN with a hattrick and his finish on his 3rd goal was superclassy and nice asssit of Raul. The game started out even and both teams were going back and forth than we get the goal after which we started to take more control of the game. Hoping the second half is just as good.

Oh and one more thing, **** Osasuna's fans. Hitting Casillas with a lighter.

Gago has Italian passport, Higuain has French passport and Marcelo would take the last non-eu spot. Robinho and Diarra have the other 2 non-eu spots.

Pretty crazy game, we did not play great but RVN got 4 goals, his lost goal being his best. We were playing in a ground that hates us but came away with 3 points so its all good.

gago has an italian passport, higuain is half french, he has a french passport. Marcelo would likely be loaned out until June.

Nice to see Ruud scoring 4 goals. I'm pretty curious how the madrid fans actually think about Ruud. Cause he isn't always lucky with his game you know. And has been playing kinda bad also recently. But then scores goals again, and that's what counts. So how do you guys madrid fans think about him?

I never thought he could handle mid-long distance shots like Ronnie, but 3rd and 4rd goal are wonderful. Oh, and that chipshot goal disallowed :)

i never liked ruud before because he always seemed to be 'lucky' so to speak. Always in the right place, scoring on tap-ins, etc. But to be honest, the guy is a monster, he's proven his class to me. Great, great buy by real madrid. :lui:

Since Ruud came to Real Madrid I was not really a fan of him comming to Madrid but i knew the class of goalscorer he is and what he showed today is why this guy is such a class goalscorer. Ruud: :Bow: :rockman:
