Why is Long Camera used on the tournaments ?

I've heard that all official tournaments are played with the Normal-Long camera.

Why is that, does anybody knows ?

Wide camera is so much better.

good question, i use wide

Wide camera might be good for seeing the pitch but it gives no emotions. I actually use broadcasting 1 and 2 and u really feel the game.

But too bad we don't have more camera options.

In the tournament you play to win, and not to show off the face-packs you just did

Wide camera is the best to see the pitch, to plan your game. I just don't see the point of playinh the long camera instead of Wide camera.

perhaps, it's the performance issue.
Wide camera demands more from the video card, so on older ones the gameplay might become choppy. Normal-long puts less of a strain on the GPU.

I think Cuz the normal long is the default game camera

Hey Juce can't u make another of your daily miracles?

Many camera like the broadcasting ones have the angle option disallowed, it would be nice if we could move the angle of those cameras too to get a deeper feeling of 3D action.

We need Camera hack !

What do you think about my idea

I think a Camera Hack would be a fantastic idea. Like somebody said earlier in the thread, Broadcasting mode is by far the best because it gives the atmosphere in the game, however it is very limited and they should allow it to be angled like wide mode. I love Broadcasting 2 but again limited as when ball comes over to nearside you can hardly see any of the pitch, would be great if it could then span away.

Let's hope Juce will give a look at this issue. Camera setting is really crucial to feel the game.

Actually a couple of times I tried the player camera on a fixed player: it's amazing, it really makes u think this game is gonna be fantastic 11 against 11 on internet!!!!!!!!! Especially the day Seabass will decide to hire a couple of new people for sound and crowd..........
