Another world cup and good old Spain choke again. I'm happy Zidane put the result beyond doubt. It would've been rough on Spain to go out by virtue of a brilliant piece of acting on the part of Henry. France were the better team tonight and Spain can have no complaints. But I felt Spain would've probably made a better opponent for Brazil, revenge beckons for the Brazilians.

Yeah, congrats France. 
I was rooting for Spain, but they seemed to lack passion in the 2nd half (:/)...actually, the entire 2nd half was a bit dull, but France got the best out of their chances, and good on them.

spanish defence was pure $|-|!t . so disappointing to see them go out. puyol's foul was mindless. france dont deserve to be in the QFs but with that defence, spain was never gonna make it anyway. brazil wil probably have french toast on saturday :corn: :boohoo:

I knew Spain were going to bottle it again, dunno why I bet on Spain in the PL. Thankfully I started thinking and put some money on France last night
