1. Open bernabeu_nt89_gwidon.dkz with DKZ Studio
2. Click 'Patch' --> 'Apply Patch in Folder'
3. chose your'...\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 5\dat' folder
4. Wait until the program finished importing.
5. Done.
