He's won just about everything going at Milan.

What's up with the man wanting a new challenge? He wont get a better opportunity than this at this stage of his career.

Dont feel too bad man. I'm English and i dont even know what Inversion, Emphasis and Relative clause are. I seem to get along ok without them..... :)

Yeah I was going to say the same thing lol.

It's ok though, English isnt a hard language to pick up if you have enough time to practice it (Even compared to other languages)

Yes because obviously he's speaking the truth, I mean he's not trying to hose the fire on the bridges he's burning right now.
If he really wanted to burn bridges, why would he sit with the ultras in the last home match? Does that sort of action speak to a man who desperately wants to leave a club when he holds court for a game with fans pleading for him to stay?
Come on! We'd be kidding ourselves if money somehow wasn't at least a little bit involved in this transfer. I dont have a problem with him moving to Chelsea for footballing reasons. Chelsea after this summer will have the best club team on the planet hands down, so if he feels that he'll achieve more at Chelsea, power to him. But when he gives a lame excuse as 'family reasons' that's where he loses respect. If I were a Milan fan I'd be kinda pissed off right now because I'd feel as if he's playing me for a fool. But hey, maybe that's just me.
Of course money is involved. If Chelsea werent going to pay him well, he wouldve just stayed in Milan and been payed well. Why would he displace his family for a few thousand pounts a week extra if something else wasnt at work in his brain. I judge players not by one muddled action for which there was months of press precedent and media speculation, but for the summation of their actions on and off the pitch. Shevchenko is one of the classiest guys in football, and he isnt liable to pin his heart on the team with the highest offer sheet. He is the antithesis of Rio Ferdinand

and no, its not just you man. But when it comes to Milan fans, a crisis like this really seperates the real ones from the fanboys

I'm no fanboy, Milan would retrograde to Serie D and I would still follow them, but for me Shevchenko is a son of a bitch, end of sentence.

Team Captain
Its all agreed. Sheva is a Chelsea player. They say he cost us more than the £24.5 million that we paid for Essien.Whatever the final price, it is a bargain. Its also an all cash deal with NO chelsea players moving the other way. Boy am I looking forward to next season........ :rockman:

Unlike mostly reported by English press, the fee paid was £45m. I think this is because Mourinho was reluctant on letting Gallas go.

Sheva will earn around €9m a year plus maybe some free English lessons.

He's earning almost double his €5m wage at Milan.

Now, Milan shall rebuild.

how the fúck can chelsea sign a 30 year old for 35-45 million then all their staff and thick fans can say they dont buy the league??
