Help ! - Tactics against weaker teams.

It is strange but I get defeated when I play a supposedly weak, lower league team !

I'm managing an English Championship club. I do well against the top teams of my league and even against EPL teams but whenever I get to play a team from League One or League Two, I just can't win. The best I can manage is a draw.

What could be the reason and is there a tactics for this?

Well it's strange cause I seem to have it the other way around, I mean I own lower league teams as I should. But I have more difficulty with the clubs in my own league, which is ofcourse no more than normal.

I have finally found a way. I field my best XI and start with attacking (But not all out attack) mentality. Once I get the lead, I switch to a defensive mentality. Sometimes though, I concede while in defensive mode and need to switch back to attaking mode to get the lead back. Worked so far.
