New FM user here with some questions

Hey folks, I just imported FM here to Canada and I've got some questions for you if you got the time!

1) I know you can start with any team you want but if your with a club in your season already and another job becomes available, will that other team automatically except you as a manager or could they possibly turn down your offer to manage them?

2) How many season's are u able to play? You can play more then one right?

1) You have to apply for that position and they can either accept your offer or reject, the better your reputation the more likely you will get the job.

2) Yes, you can play for longer than 1 season, infact i dont think there is a limit to how long you can play although i might be wrong. Right now im in 2016.

If you apply for another job in ur first season u'll likely get rejected cuz ur reputation will be low. Unless you apply for some low division minnows like Vauxhall Motors....

You can play for aslong as you want probably. I once saw somebody having a game in 2050, but I think the loading and saving time is about an hour long than.

To check your reputation, view your manager profile and you will have a rating, from "obscure" at the start, all the way up to "world class". If you're extremely successful with the club you can achieve "world class" within 3 seasons or so (I did that with Sc.unthorpe and they're a league one side at the start). If not then it might take a bit longer.

The game automatically creates new youth players each season so that the database never runs out of players, even in 2015 when most of the players we know and love now have retired. Right now one of my first-choice centre backs is a made-up player and I'm only in the 2009/10 season.

(1) You can play for as long as you want - so long as you've enough disk-space. We regularly run automated tests for over a hundred years in-house, although the longest I've ever played for myself is around 40 seasons in one game (by which time our next game was completed so I moved over onto that one).

(2) You can apply for jobs at other clubs - but be warned it might upset your current board if they hear about it (for obvious reasons).

You can also get offered jobs point-blank by another club every now and again where they approach you without you acknowledging an interest first.

I have started a new game with English,French,German,Italian and Spanish league selcetd with english leagues lowes divison is league 2 and all the others have the league below premier the lowest...

I am in February and i cant manage to get a job even in legue 2 teams which employee manager with crapper stats than mine....

I declare my interset whenever a manager is under pressure and the dismiss me.. Is this the reason why i cant get a job or else. Can someone give me a tip to get employed please!!!!!

It's all to do with reputation. The better it is, the better jobs you get. To improve your reputation, overachieve with your club.

well, he must get a club first, that's his problem...

mate, just keep trying,..go for a very low club, and gain some kind of succes, then you sould be able to get a higher job..

thx i am not declaring interest anymore and just applying for jobs but no success so far after about 25 apllies
