Staff attributes

Ok, I've got an absolutely massive wage budget which I will never fill up, so I decided to go mad and buy lots of great coaches and the like to get the most out of my players. I've been signing lots of "unknown" and "obscure" coaches because they often have excellent stats and only demand £250 a week in wages.

My question is: Are they really better than the top coaches in the country? Most of my obscure coaches have better stats than the likes of Carlos Quieroz, which leads me to suspect that either he is overrated, or there's something I've missed. My training regime is rated 4* for every sector except GK and attack which are rated 5*, so it's a pretty red-hot training system for a club only recently promoted to the Premiership.

Another question: I also bought an assistant manager, Rui Barros, who is "obscure" but he has 18 tactical knowledge, 19 man management and all of his coaching stats are over 15. He is, however, a bit eccentric. In his "team report", he keeps telling me to put my right back on the left of defence, where he is "unconvincing". He also tells me to put my attacking centre midfielder on the left wing despite his 9 pace and 14 crossing. Why is he such a tactical duffer when his stat is 18? Is there some other stat I'm overlooking?

i ignore the team reports, they're always useless.

I usually do too to be honest, especially when he keeps telling me to do stupid things. I was just wondering if I had made a mistake and that I was buying staff with what look like excellent attributes, but are actually obscure for a very good reason :P
