I will pay $35-$50 US dollars to the one who can help me

Ok, here is the deal

I need a small modification/patch/etc. that enables me to play with my buddy via DirectIP/LAN friendly games, but that we both control the same team. I do not care how you do it but I will pay $35-$50 (based on how soon you can provide it and how well it works) to the first person that achieves this. I will pay immediately via Paypal or online credit card processing.



I am absolutely desperate about this, my fifa experience has been screwed for 3 editions thanks to EA removing (for no reason, as always) the capability of both players selecting the same team with their controller.



There is a patch already (by Vlad) that enables two guys to play on the same team in carreer mode. This is NOT what I'm looking for, I'm looking for exactly the same thing but online.

Also, where can I find a professional to pay him that? If I knew someone from EA Sports I would glady pay him. If anyone knows about a programming guy from EA Sports I will pay him a commission (say, $20) plus I will pay the programmer the $35-$50 bucks.

Here is how you do it: (Do it under you responsibility)

(Warning: this move is considered as cheating, and it's against the EA Fifa 06 rules, so any mistake you make may lead to blocking your user name. so do exactly what I say)

These steps are made for Windows XP users.

1. Go to your "Network Connections" folder, and right click on the connection that you use for the Internet.

2. chose "Properties", then a list of services will be shown, go down that list and chose "TCP/IP" then click "Properties".

3. A new window will pop up, chose "Advanced" (Right, down).

4. chose the "WINS" tab. just under the white empty box, click on "Add".

5. Right these numbers exactly: 195.168.22.134

6. click "Add". Now repeat the same thing on your friends PC (if he is using another PC, otherwise if you are using to controlers on one PC then continue to the next steps).

7. click "OK" and "Accept on everything. until you are out.

8. Go to the "Fifa 06\data" folder. create a new text document, name it IP.txt.

9. Now write the following exactly as you read inside the "IP.txt":

"I feel so stupidly fool for believing this guy, and doing the steps he talked about. And I'm not going to break any EA rules from now on by asking other people in doing illegal acts that strongly ruin the fair online play... I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry"

I am surprised you took all the effort to type all that nonsense. As if I was stupid enough to not read it first.

What I am asking for is NOT a cheat. I do not want it for Fifa 06 Online. I want it for Direct IP. All i want is to be able to play with my friend against the computer. We organize tournaments (2 players vs the computer) and we keep scores in an Excel sheet. Of course he could come to my house everyday to play, since in Play Now mode you CAN play two players vs the computer. But neither he or I can get together every time.

Just so you know, in every fifa until Fifa 2004 you could play two players vs the computer in DirectIP and LAN, but not in Online.

Now take your reply and kindly shove it up you ass, and leave space for people who REALLY want to help me.

I feel for you Arachnotron.

I used to play with a mate against the computer all the time before Fifa04. We never played against each other because i was always better than him and it got increasingly boring for him to lose all the time.

We had some great enjoyable matches co-op against the computer in tournaments and was great fun.

I have no idea why EA have cut that feature, i find it idiotic to take something away like that.

We have now created a football night every friday where i go round his house or vice versa and play fifa till the early hours.

Not the same as just tapping him up for a game in midweek though

I am trying to edit the padpanel.big file found in the data/gui/pconline directory. I have made some progress, but it's not quite functional yet. I will keep you updated. Anyone who has experience editing and/or viewing fifa files, please get in touch with me.
