Manager Mode Question

no sadly you can't manage national teams in manager mode 
it's simple because if there is national manager mode then that means that they should have all the national teams in the world so that they can put all the national tournments in world :fool:
which of course EA just don't to put any effort in doin(even FIFA RTWC doesn't have all the national teams like in FIFA 98

yeah, I have FIFA 98 for N64, and it had almost every team, obviously, things werent perfect, most players just had numbers for their names and stuff like that, but you could edit it
