Not really. Those update disks are just option files. You can get better ones from sites like PESFan

Probably got a patch. You'd need a DVD burner to make an image of the game then apply the patch on top and then burn it too DVD. Your PS2 would require chipping also.

people sell them on e-bay...pay a couple of quid n send them your card and they will send it bk with up to date transfers, kits and badges......

Yep jim, some people just ain't got a clue. I got a Max Drive off ebay for £20 and you can download as many option files as you want, but I bet these people continue buying the option files each time they get updated, no brains at all.
