It's one thing being invinsible in the Premiership and another in the Champions League. I think the Champions League is a totally different game, perhaps a bit faster than the Premiership.
Ummm, almost any football fan will tell you the Premiership is played at a faster pace then a game in Europe.

I think AC Milan have a good chance of retaining the European Cup but hopefully another british team will win it. :)
Retaining it? But they don't have it to retain.

Sorry what I meant was that they could retain it from Liverpool as they were the 2003 winners against Juventus and just like Liverpool they won it on penalties.

It all depends on who in europe you are playing against (the likes of AC Milan, Barcelona, Real Madrid etc), I still think that the Champions League is a tougher game than the Premiership.

Most teams go in to Chelsea with a "lets keep it respectable" attitude, when if they went in with a "we can get 3 points" attitude, they could beat them.

See: Manchester City.

If it wasn't for a lucky Lampard free-kick and a serious error from Zitka, Chelsea vs. Anderlecht would have remained 0-0 and arrogant gay ass Mourinho would have cried his eyes out in the papers, and who the hell is Anderlecht in Europe (in the present time) anyway?

So eventualy their heads will grow so big they aren't going to see it coming but when defeat will come it will hit them ten times worse than Milan was hit in Istanbul, and then I will be able to smile again.

For me Chelsea football is perfect. Rock solid defence and a dynamic and entertaining attack; not like a boring italian side ;)

What are we talking about here...? Can teams score against Chelsea or can teams beat Chelsea? I can see teams scoring, but I can't see many beating.

Look at comments from Arsenal fans. "Chelsea beat us with a fluke goal." Yes, but you didn't get anywhere near the back of the net, so you wouldn't have beaten Chelsea even if they hadn't have scored - it would have been a draw. I think Chelsea's defense is so good that teams will not beat Chelsea this season, if anything Chelsea may have a few 0-0 draws.

They'll be beaten.

Arsenal at Highbury, and possibly City at Eastlands.

Arsenal will beat them with a dodgy pen we'll hear about for years to come.

Arsenal will end the run at highbury forsure if the run isnt ended already. Henry will have had enough and go out to stop their little run

Foxsoccer ? isn't that an american channel ? there's no football in america, only mls. :o What do americans know about football ? :crazyboy:

There are two ways to beat chelsea : either play ultra-defensively and stick in a scrappy/lucky goal (generous penalty, deviated shot, refereeing error) ; either play with a team with nearly as much potential as chelsea in the starting eleven such as barcelona, milan, juventus and lyon. This is where the "luck factor" can start having a consequent impact on the game. I don't think any other team would be able to beat chelsea if not using the first solution :p PSV could also have done something only if they had kept their best players (park, van bommel, lee, bouma, vogel...).

There is a way to beating every team, it's just a matter of finding it, which is what the rest of the EPL need to work on instead of moaning about how far ahead Chelsea are..

Arsenal were thought to be invincible a year ago today, look at them now. It can happen!

id be interested to see how they react to their first loss. they are gettin very arroagant and that has helped other teams slip up in the past, ie Arsene Wenger saying he'd win all the games in the season. They still have to play man u twice and arsenal one. bolton will be tough, so will tottenham or the next match against charlton. there are many more potential banana skins, teams just need to go out and believe they can win instead of rolling over and giving them the points.

Chelsea this, Chelsea that......Juventus is also unbeaten!!! Yet no one seems to pay half as much attention to them as is paid to Chelsea. And you could argue that with Milan closer to them than United or Arsenal are to Chelsea that the Bianconneri have a bit more pressure on them to keep winning than the Blues with their massive lead so early in the season. The EPL may be the fastest and most watched league in the world but with all due respect to the Preimeriship, I think that this season Chelsea have bigger fish to fry. They need that CL trophy more than the EPL. It really does not matter whether they go unbeaten in England or suffer one or two losses....I can't see them losing the title...Europe is a different story.

I can't see them winning it. The likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus, Inter and Milan can all open the lock to Chelsea's defence, plus they won't be feared by the big boys. They, in my opinion, are years away from winning it.
