and these are my proofs for them being absolutes
i) the adidas logo on the tounge lies vertically not horizontally as on the pulse
ii) in the first pic those are definitely the glossy-type strips going down the centre of the boot and you can also see in a more dull black the three predator islands/elements going horizontally.

good then? IMO those are definitely absolutesbut i didn't think that they would be out until the new year.... guess i was wrong.

your talking about the predator pulses the boot that zizou was also wearin just upto a couple days ago....

Michael Ballack wearing them also, i believe they have blacked them out to hide the fact they are being worn, so made them look like pulses,
they obviously need feedback, about the new boots, and pre-season is perfect

so when are they out? last year when those blacked out preds mania/pulse came out, i remember several players had them. how long after those players were wearing them did they come out? I no the pulses cam out on April 1st.

i think around early 2006 or more towards WC time will the new boots be out. i dont know though that is just a guess.

i thought they might not be able to hide the demand for the boot when word was spread so they might release it november or december and that way they would release a new colourway every month (out of the four colourways we saw previously plus the black-out) leading upto the WC.

i suppose that would make sense cus i really can't see them hiding it for 5 months.

but the thing is that the players only wore black-outs for 2-3 weeks before the original blk-wht-red colourway came out.
so if we were to go by past WC experience i would say 3 weeks 'till the boot comes out.
but i doubt that...........

well this is not exactly football-boot news but it is related, and it is somthing that will/may intrest many.......................

adidas has aquired/purchased reebok in an attempt to jump income etc. and push nike off of the top.
this has lead to the rumors that nike will try to buy-out puma which would really one-up adidas but as a result puma, in an attempt to keep thier company away from the cooperate fat-cat that is nike, has raised the price of thier stock. ican only hope that this puts off nike and they will not still attempt to buy them out.

but back to the adidas-reebok merger, i'm not really sure what effect this will have on the brand's name or it's clothing what i see happeing, for the most part, is that they will come out with a merger line of clothing etc. but i don't think that it will go any further than that really.

sh.it! that should NEVER happen (nike buying puma)! that would RUIN puma's great designing...

well i thought about it for a second (nike acquiring puma)
my better knowledge tells me that if it were to happen the most probable scenario would be that nike would not interfere with puma's products, they would simply reap the profit from them. no need for nike to change puma......... if they are buying it that means they want something that is already established and popular and of course making money. to change it IMO would be bad business, and i think they know that.
they'll just sit back and take in the breeze of cash that puma is making.

but i still don't want it to happen cus one, what i just said there is not "bound" to happen. and two it's friggin nike they reeally piss me off.

and if nike can't buy-out puma its also PUMA:hit:NIKE
and i'm absolutely cool with that coz i love PUMA and ADIDAS without a doubt the best football brands past and present. and i hate NIKE because when it come to the blessed game the best sport in the world they come off shady and half-assed......... punks.

Advice needed! Since now I'm moved to RB I want to know which boots fit me the best. I am crossing the balls a lot and I usually curve them (effect or spin, call it however you want) and I want to know which boots are the best for that kind of crosses. I'm not so agile so the weight of the boots won't matter that much. I only saw that with the AZT90 III you can take some nice curved shots but I wanted to know your opinions.
