Zambrotta Happy With Juve Squad
The Bianconeri will play a friendly match today at Biella.
Gianluca Zambrotta and his team mates just returned back to training after a two-day rest.

“We really needed these two days of rest because it seems to me that this year’s preparation is really tougher. Last year, since I was coming from the European Championships, I worked less than my team mates. Now we need to verify our condition in the friendly match at Biella.

This year Fabio Capello will have an ample squad to choose from.

“We shall have many games and the fact that we have a really vast squad is a good thing: it will be an extra weapon. There are however many matches and there will be space for everyone,” concluded Zambrotta.

Juventus' Cannavaro backs Vieri over Inter Milan split
tribalfootball.com - August 1, 2005

Juventus defender Fabio Cannavaro has backed Christian Vieri's decision to leave Inter Milan last month.
Cannavaro quit Inter over a year ago and said of his former club-mate: "Vieri did the right thing to change his situation and join AC Milan.

"If things aren't going your way, you must change your environment. He was right to leave as the environment obviously wasn't healthy for him.

"But don't ask me if forcing players to make up their minds like this is a specialty of Inter's!"

man u can tell canna is definitely a bianconero through and through!! love the attitude fabio!!

I know, but with a defense like that...

Don't you have a site for the report, like the gazzeta or whatever? I always see the match report on MARCA when Barca plays because waiting for the official site to upload it is a pain.

maybe we gave up 2 goals against a crappy team was because we played with Tudor and Kovac. lol j/k

the sites only gave the result and scorers :(

juventus.com will probably give it next week. :(

Defense like that? Try thinking how Barca would do with van Bronckhorst on the right, Belletti as a left midfielder and Edmilson as a DM :jap:.

Emerson asked to extend his contract with Juve for a year or 2. Giraudo said it will be done in September.

We will find a way to concede no matter who we play. (H)

By the way, Edmilson CAN play as a DM (he most probably will), Gio sucks when it matters most and Belletti can't cross even on the right so...

It's funny Mark, how you can ridicule Tudor when he's been more than decent for you guys all these years.

-Formation was a 4-3-3

-Tudor gave away the pk

-Trez's 1st goal was from a backheel of Mutu

- Tez hit the bar

- Zebina was so-so

- Chiellini had great game offensively
