That's what they say of Trapattoni but both of them won titles. Even though defending with 11 is a little harsh. Boring game it was. Ucraine won tonight and so did we. We beat Gergia 3-2 in Albania.

We played very bad (the absence of Zagorakis and Dellas was a big loss for us...) , but i dont think Turkey played well.....

We wanted X and we took it easily.... .

To those who are claiming that Greece is killing soccer , i have to say :

1)With the players we have, its the ONLY solution

2)When other teams (for example Italy), play "catenaccio", noone says anything.... (and that is worse , because they have strong players in order to play in another way...) :boohoo:

3)Yesterday we saw the team that finished at the 3rd place in the worldchampionship ?

Greece's style sucks, anyway...

When Italy plays "catenaccio", it sucks too... but nowadays Italy's style is changing slightly into a more atractive style of play, and i praise them for that...

Greece was lucky in reaching the Euro2004 final.... Czech Rep. were so unfortunate; they even struck the bar... well... this game is so treacherous sometimes... :boohoo:

The Turkey narional team and the Turkey players are better than Greece. but the Greece national team play smartly because of Rehagel....

Come on guys stop this ****. Greece defended very well as they are well known since the EURO 2004, Turkiye had more chances and played an attacking football which we needed to win. Thats about it. You guy don't have to make a big argument about it.

By the way lately Italy's style is changing which I have noticed.

What are the mathematical chances of Turkey leaving the group?

If a Tsunami hits Ucraine and Greece...yeah they have chances...Like if the tsunami hits only Ucraine, Greece will have chances to go there from the front door.

Turkiye have to win out(which should be very difficult) and have Greece lose to either Denmark or Ukraine or have them have 2 ties

I agree with most of the stuff you said. But i believe Turkey did play well, considering the posession was almost double Greece. and our team actually Set up plays, nice give and goes, nice crosses, nice through balls, Greece was more or less, Dump it and hope the Turkish Defenders bobble it in the air, which is fine. You're allowed to have such tactics, there is no rule against that.

Also, you didn't play the team that got 3rd in the world cup. There are only 3 players on that team from the world cup, Emre, Yildiray, and Rustu. Sukur isn't there, Alpay isn't there, Bulent didnt play, Ilhan wasn't there, Tugay wasn't there, Hakan Unsal wasn't there, Umit Davala wasn't there, Ergun Pembe wasn't there, Fatih Akyel wasn't there, etc etc.

And mostly likely Hasan Sas didn't play either.

b*tch all you want Greece went in for the......tie......and that is exactly what it came away with.

I thought it was a great game, chances on both sides, the ball up and down the field, what else do you want?

....well ok, I guess a goal would have been nice, but oh well. Both keepers were very lucky today.

As the game wore on that is the way it seemed....Greece played back and waited for the chance to come them instead of opening up....

Greece has the best coach in Europe right....Rehangel knew that his defence and midfield were questionable (Zagorakis, Dellas out ) so he drew everyone back and played counter attack football.........good strategy imo.

Turkey should have finished the chances it had.....and it had many....all else is an excuse...
